Please read these terms carefully before booking a cleaning or organizational service with us.

Welcome to Clean Touch Services — a professional house and office cleaning company based in Columbus, Ohio, owned and operated by Nicole. By booking any of our services — whether online through our booking form, by phone, or by email — you agree to the following Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all residential and office clients we serve.

Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling a cleaning or organizational service with Clean Touch Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any portion of these terms, please do not proceed with booking.

Clean Touch Services reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Services We Provide

Clean Touch Services offers professional residential and light office cleaning and organizational services in Columbus, Ohio and surrounding areas. Our current service menu includes:

  • Standard Cleaning — Regular maintenance cleaning covering all living areas, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and surfaces
  • Deep Cleaning — A thorough clean targeting baseboards, vents, inside appliances, grout, light fixtures, and hard-to-reach areas
  • Move In / Move Out Cleaning — Full-property cleaning for homes being vacated or prepared for new occupants, including inside cabinets, drawers, and appliances
  • Home Organization & Decluttering — Closets, pantries, kitchens, home offices, garages, and basements organized for lasting function and clarity
  • Add-On Services — Inside oven cleaning, inside refrigerator cleaning, interior window cleaning, baseboards.

The specific scope of each service is confirmed at the time of booking. Any additional requests made on the day of service that fall outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

Booking & Scheduling

Services can be booked through our online booking form at cleantouch.com/book-schedule, by phone at (220) 228-9118, or by email at Services@NicoleCleanTouch.com. Bookings are subject to team availability and are only confirmed once you receive written or verbal confirmation from Clean Touch Services.

  • We offer both fixed-rate and hourly rate pricing depending on your service type and preference
  • Hourly rates start at $60/hr for Standard Cleaning, $65/hr for Deep Cleaning, $70/hr for Move In/Out, and $60/hr for Home Organization, with a minimum visit charge of $120
  • Fixed-rate bookings are priced by property size and service type (see our Pricing page for full details)
  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for new bookings, rescheduling, or cancellations
  • Same-day bookings may be available based on team availability — call us to check

Client Responsibilities

To allow our team to deliver the best possible results, we ask that all clients:

  • Provide safe, unrestricted access to the property at the agreed service time
  • Secure or remove fragile, sentimental, or irreplaceable items before our team arrives
  • Disclose any known hazards, mold, pest issues, or biohazards prior to the visit — for the safety of our team
  • Ensure pets are safely secured or removed from the service area during the cleaning
  • Ensure the property has access to running water and electricity — both are required for our cleaning process
  • For organizational services, be available or provide clear guidance on what to keep, donate, or discard before we begin

Please note: Clean Touch Services is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improperly stored items, or hazards that were not disclosed prior to service.

Pricing & Payment

Our pricing is transparent and confirmed at the time of booking. Below is a summary of our current service rates:

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance
  • We accept cash, credit/debit card, and electronic payments
  • Additional charges may apply for excessive mess, hazardous conditions, or scope changes requested on the day of service
  • Quoted prices are honored for the booking date — prices may change for future bookings

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

  • 24+ hours notice: Cancel or reschedule at no charge
  • Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service rate may apply to cover our team’s reserved time
  • No-show / lockout: If our team arrives and cannot access the property, the full service fee may be charged

Damage & Liability

Our team treats every home with the same care Nicole herself would bring to it. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during a service:

  • All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
  • Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be assessed or honored
  • We are not liable for damage to items that were pre-existing, improperly stored, already broken, or not disclosed before service
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid on that visit
  • We are not liable for the movement or re-organization of items during organizational services if direction was not provided by the client

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every job we do. If you are not satisfied with the results of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to re-clean the specific areas you are unhappy with — at no extra charge.

Non-Solicitation of Staff

All Clean Touch Services team members are engaged exclusively through our company. Clients may not directly hire, solicit, or engage any of our staff for private cleaning or organizational work during the period of service and for 12 months following the last service date. Violation of this policy may result in a referral fee equivalent to 6 months of standard cleaning services or legal action at our discretion.

Right to Refuse Service

Clean Touch Services reserves the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue service at any time if our team encounters unsafe conditions, verbal or physical harassment, undisclosed hazards (including pest infestations, mold, or biohazards), or properties in a condition that poses a risk to our staff. In such cases, a partial fee may apply for time already spent on site.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from services provided by Clean Touch Services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Columbus, Ohio.
